For Adults
Individual therapy can provide a safe environment to deal with painful issues that we sometimes try to avoid. Finding a safe space to address these concerns can begin a process of healing. I have worked with a wide variety of clients with issues ranging from anxiety to severe and persistent mental health disorders.
For Children
It is important for a child or adolescent to feel comfortable in therapy. Initial work is done with the family, creating individual treatment plans suited to the child. Therapy should be fun and engaging. This is acomplished though incorporating the child’s own interests & passions into the treatment plan.
For FAMILIES
Family and couples therapy can provide a safe environment to work on communication, group dynamics and partnership. Working together to address issues that affect the mental health and the well-being of the whole family.

We use the online platform Roll20 along with voice chat and our normal D&D Beyond setup. Once you sign up, you will receive detailed instructions on how to join and appropriate consent paperwork.

This is a fun, interactive group that uses tabletop role-playing games as social therapy to help pre-teens and adolescents. With imaginative role-playing games children and young adults can develop the social skills to build creativity, confidence, teamwork, anger management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Areas of therapy work will include separation, loss, grief, failure, overcoming fear, and trust issues. Space is limited.
