Individual Therapy

I offer individual, one-on-one counseling for adults, children and adolescents. Everyone is different and the treatments are too. I specialize in finding what works best, and keeping it interesting, so you want to keep making changes. You will have access to various treatment options such as gamification, reward system buying, cognitive behavioral therapy (C.B.T.), role play gaming and more.

Individual therapy can provide a safe environment to deal with painful issues that we sometimes try to avoid. Finding a safe space to address these concerns can begin a process of healing. I have worked with a wide variety of clients with issues ranging from anxiety to severe and persistent mental health disorders.

Areas of Expertise:

In individual therapy, it is important for a child/adolescent to feel comfortable. While I do initially work with the family, creating individual treatment plans suited to the child is the key to success. I believe that therapy should be fun and engaging. I do this though incorporating the child’s own interests & passions into the treatment plan.
